We want you to love what you purchase from Loved. Seen. Known. Ministries. Because our apparel is made-to-order through a third-party printer, and our devotionals are digital downloads, we have a few guidelines.

Apparel & Physical Products:

• All items are custom-printed on demand.

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at infolovedseenknown@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number—we’ll make it right!

Digital Products (Devotionals, Downloads):

• Due to the nature of instant-access content, all digital product sales are final.

• If you experience trouble accessing your file, please email us and we’ll resend it or help resolve the issue.
